A: We are your firm management partner.

We can help with administrative tasks that take income-producing time away from you, such as:

  • Strategic planning

  • Marketing

  • Personnel

  • Organizational efforts

  • Training

  • Workflow

  • Financial planning and management

  • You name it.

A: We would first get an idea of what you have been spending on marketing.

That will help us create a budget. Then, we work with you to create a prioritized list of marketing efforts for you to consider. Generally, we focus first on branding, then on website, then on practice-specific marketing tools that drive traffic and potential clients to you.

A: We do everything, including:

  • Branding (logo, letterhead, business cards, e-cards, etc.)

  • Websites

  • Search engine optimization

  • Website maintenance

  • Social media management

  • Content generation

  • Blogs

  • Newsletters

  • Email marketing

  • Mass mailing

  • Graphic design

  • Billboards

  • Bus wraps

  • Video production

  • Digital advertising (social media, banner ads, search engine marketing)

A: Absolutely!

Whether it is having a sounding board to bounce ideas off or getting ideas on how to manage your firm more efficiently or simply having a coach who can help you when needed, we are here to help whenever and however best fits your needs and your budget.

A: No long-term contract is needed.

We allow our clients to pay for most services over a one-year term and other services are rendered on a paid-as-needed basis. But otherwise, there are no long-term commitments and no fine print.

A: The cost of a website depends on its size and complexity – the larger and more complicated the site, the greater the cost.

We allow our clients to pay for their website over a 12-month period in equal monthly installments. And search engine optimization and maintenance are free for that initial 12-month period.

A: No. Unlike many web designers, we use a very user-friendly design tool so that our clients can make updates and changes themselves if they want.

Of course, we will make changes at no additional cost to you during that first year under the free maintenance plan and can make them thereafter under a continued maintenance plan. But you are also free to make your own changes.

A: Yes. We can do as much or as little as you’d like.

You can give us the topics, and we can generate the material. Or, you can send us a rough draft, and we can clean it up and optimize it for search engines. I have over 30 years of practice experience, so your blogs will be on point and accurate.

A: It depends.

We are happy to look at your site and its performance, at no cost to you, to see if you need a new one or if your existing one can be spruced up.

A: Generally, there is a fixed fee per service rendered.

All costs are known and agreed upon up front. We also offer heavily discounted services if we are engaged as your full-service marketing or management partner.
